This Sunday 27th Feb, I will be holding a “Carry” workshop. Have you ever fancied sandbags, farmers or too Carries? Don’t know what to do, where to start & fancy some coaching. Whether your goals are STRENGTH, SPEED, CARDIO or FUNCTIONAL training Carries are just AWESOME! Fun, simple & hard work!
Every Sunday we have a drop in coached session from 10:00-1200 available to members and non-members (free to Strong-Person LNF. members/clients).
The session is 2hrs long starting at 10:00am. We will be going through set-ups, various training methods for various results such as Speed work, strength work, posture or conditioning.
This is open to anyone for just £10 (Free to Lifestyle-Not-Fads & Strong-Person members)
